Speculative Drama, known for their immersive theatrical performances teams up with locally owned veteran dive bar Angelo’s on SE Hawthorne & 46th for a unique production of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. Evoking the feeling of “Oregon Shakespeare Festival meets Sleep No More” this fully immersive event follows the drunks, Dukes, and accidental drag kings of Illyria as they fall in, and out of love through a series of hijinks, hiccups, and holiday mayhem in a small town where “everybody knows your name.”
All tickets pay-what-you-will. 100% of ticket sales and donations go directly to cast and crew.
A note on accessibility: 21+ event! While our performances are generally mask-required, this is not possible for this show. Masks are heavily encouraged and we will have N95 masks available at the door. Performers test for your safety - please mask for theirs!
